·         Invited speaker at itSMFusion, Charlotte, NC, September 16, 2007 on “Summary of Research Topics for ITIL and Service Management.”  Independently wrote proposals and performed research into Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) identifying best practices in IT operations and configuration management. 

·         Identified the need for encompassing configuration management beyond application role-outs to include infrastructure configuration management.  This research resulted in the identification of best practices for aligning ITIL with business strategy.
